Almost 16, Miley is making the transformation from "tween" queen to "teen" queen. Parents be warned: Your kids can continue to look up to Miley, but she is not responsible for their actions. At this point, there's no need to panic. She is a teenager. Teenagers must express themselves. That helps them grow into healthy adults. Let's all take a 'chill pill.'
